  : Having the unit to yourself, bedroom size was good.
  : Living room remote works when it wants to.The sofa was broken already when we check in, it do not connect to the other side, maintenance came the next morning to assist.The floor was dusty and dirty.No tv in the second room.The other renter to the right side had a party the whole night Saturday arguing the walls are thin you can hear everything from them walking down stairs to closing the door.

  : The location was great ... there were a few things that could’ve been better but overall the place was really nice and spacious and convenient to everything
  : The dishes were dirty ... the water didn’t stay hot long... the master bedroom the bed broke in the middle of the night while sleeping

  : Comfy beds. Clean unit. Courtyard was really nice. Great location.
  : Check-in process was a nightmare. “Balcony” had no furniture and had to be accessed through a bedroom window! No back access to courtyard. Minimal furniture in living area not enough to comfortably seat four people.

  : Good A/C. Washer and dryer. Bring your own pillows.
  : Bed was very hard and extremely noisy. The rugs and floors were filthy. There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot to make the coffee in. Couch was very uncomfortable! Our car window was broken out and items were stolen. The car next to us too had its window busted out. I had to contact them to get a new code twice because the door wouldn't open. Pillows were really small and uncomfortable.

  : Love the high ceilings and big doors. The access to St. Charles is easy and the pool is a good addition to our stay. Made coming home and cooling off very easy. I activated my YouTube TV account and left it for the next visitors to enjoy. The washer and dryer were very convenient and appreciated. The manager was an absolute awesome person to work with during an internet issue.
  : This place is totally amazing and will stay again. The only thing I can say bad is the door code is very lengthy. That's the only thing!!! And I didn't want to write anything here.

  : When we first arrived we had to call to find out they declined our payment no one called or emailed us to tell us to switch payments. So after arriving we spent about 45 mins trying to get everything sorted. Then we were checked into a dirty room. No one had cleaned it and it smelled pretty bad. It was clear someone had just checked out and no one cleaned it. Then we get moved to another room. Same smell. We called to get it sorted but we had somewhere to be and didn’t have time spent another hr moving our things. We just need up buying some candles and opening the door to air it out. Besides that it was a good stay. Would stay again. Nice property.
