  : We definitely liked the cleanliness, it being fully stocked with sugar and creamer for coffee, spices on a spice rack, salt/pepper shaker. Its those little things. They even provided soap packets to wash clothes and dryer sheets, soap for the dishwasher. We've stayed in lots of places but that unit felt like home. The restrooms were upstairs and one 1/2 bath downstairs, both rooms upstairs with tv and access to netflix hulu etc. The location as well, being one block from St. Charles and the trolley. Stores and restaurants dot St. Charles. It was a 10 min ride to the Quarter. Definitely recommend it and Ill def be renting from there again.
  : The only issue with the unit was not having access to the courtyard through the unit itself. You had to go out front ad walk to the gate and then go through to the courtyard and pool, however that shouldnt diminish the quality of the unit. It was an awesome unit and stay regardless and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

  : This property was perfect for a weekend in New Orleans. Spacious with all of the amenities you need. We spent part of the day laying by the pool which is much larger than expected. Also, with it being just a block away from the trolley it’s easy to navigate the city (though we ubered to the FQ for just $9). I would recommend to anyone. Personally I loved that box fans were provided to cool the place down and provide background noise.
  : I didn’t love street parking, but I will say there is plenty of it. Parking was my only concern and it was a breeze.

  : Location. That is the only great thing about this property.
  : City occupancy permit is for 4 but we booked 5 and property was advertised as slept 6. Work in progress. Lights and switches haphazard. No ceiling fans in BR or seating area. Not enough furniture for seating or eating or in bedrooms. Provided coffee but no filters for coffee machine.

  : Great location! Beautiful and spacious home.
  : The pillow case smelled like it was not washed. But that was an easy fix. We just quickly washed it before we went to bed. The renters next door was making a music video and was loud til midnight.

  : First, we booked this property thinking the location was 3.5 miles from the Hospital my dad was in, in ICU. We wanted comfort and to be close in case the ICU contacted us to come to the Hospital. When we arrived to the different address from online we were almost 9miles away from the Hospital. When we got out of our vehicle, parking is on the street, it sounded like a huge party and all you could smell was marijuana. Once we opened up the entry gate, there was a party people smoking it up and loud music! It was loud until about 4am both nights and the party never stopped both days. It was difficult to rest after being at the ICU. The kitchen was fully equipped but we had to re-wash dirty dishes. The floors had not been swept. The one bathroom was extremely small.
