  : The room assigned was an extremely poor shape, an entire window was cracked and when this was mentioned to the rude person at the front desk, he said they cannot do anything about it except to fix it which will take a few days! So we said please change our room, and the guy just kept us waiting instead of being considerate and professional enough to say yes we have another room you can change your room. It took us going back-and-forth to the front desk to finally get them to give us a room with an intact window! These people are extremely rude and unprofessional , will tell all friends and family never to stay here!

  : Until I learned about/saw the area, the location seemed to be perfect for my needs.
  : The first room I was offered was terrible - filthy/in need of paint, TV remote covered with filth and did not work, no roller in the toilet paper holder/paper stacked on the back of the toilet, smoke detector hanging loose from the wall, emitting beeps every 10 seconds, no nightstand near the bed, no chair, nothing. The second room I was offered reeked of smoke when the door was opened (I am a smoker but do not smoke in my own house), it seemed cleaner, somewhat, other than the smell, but, as I was leaving, the door would not lock when pulled closed from the outside. My few things for the quick overnight rest were in my car, so I stopped by the office and was given a key to a third room. That room seemed better, but, after seeing the neighborhood and those hanging around the site, I called the hotel from the gathering I was attending and told the desk clerk I would not be returning or using the room. I was told no refund is available.

  : I said they’re in two different rooms. They were terrible. The first time the second room was better then the third time I said that I was disgusting and smelled nasty and I seen roaches
  : There was a roach in room. I never seen a roach last time I went there. It smelled so musty like somebody just left from the room. The floor was dirty. They didn’t let me switch my room because I had left to go get something to eat and when I came back in, I wanted to switch my room because the door locks were not working Lock lock the door and the guy at the front desk act like he couldn’t switch me out. It was a horrible experience. I didn’t think it could be worse than the first time.
