  : The young foreign girl or the foreign general manager in which both are unprofessional! My car was broken into I informed the front desk she didn’t come to see anything she came in stood in the door took a pic from the door and never came back. I had to go inside to search for her only to realize she wasn’t doing anything to help our situation in fact she didn’t inform the police she didn’t ask for information regarding the incident she didn’t even show empathy and neither did her GENERAL MANAGER (Dhruv Jani) which is really to blame as he should be setting a better example! I asked her if her manager was there or coming in and she told me NO and he was there UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! They both treated my family and I with disgust and she looked down at us like we were beneath her. We have never felt so invisible and rejected like they made us feel after paying to stay in their hotel and waking up to all our things scattered in the grass because someone broke into our car. No apology was given in fact they basically blamed it on us. Then to add insult to injury I called down to the front for more time for my family and I to go through our things and see what we was missing and we was told they can give us until 12 because check out is at 11 like REALLY We spent our entire morning downstairs cleaning up our things waiting for the police (we had to call) and talking to the police smh never again will we support such a business my family and I are traumatized and more so because of the lack of empathy from the hotel!

  : The shower was slippery my other half n myself almost fell going in the bathroom n when i first came in i book. The hotel on booking n the boy at front desk said because I paid with a card from booking that I would not be able to pay my deposit with cash he said I would have to give him a credit card I gave him my credit card and then it said decline twice which I had alot of money on it then my fiance use his card and it was to be charged $150 holding fee and when he looked at his account it said $260 holding fee that is not what the paperwork said and I do not know why we got charged 260 to hold on our card that's very disturbing especially when it stated you can pay at the promises with cash but because I booked with booking he said I have to give a credit card. For the deposit if I had booked with them then I could have used cash doesn't sound too good for me or make sense when im looking at the policy online n in front yr front desk then to be overcharged ridiculous still waiting for my refund

  : It would be great if you had a shuttle service to the Wilmington airport just down the road from the hitel.
