  : I left the property & cancelled my stay.I couldn’t get into the room at 1st.tried getting in 3x w the card & nothing the lady in front desk just kept rolling her eyes every time I’d go to tell her the card wasn’t working.Bery unprofessional.I finally got into the room & it stunk like vomit.It was dark & smoky hit the ac was not working & just was not what it look like in the pictures when I booked the place.I went back to the front desk to let her know I wouldn’t be staying in that room & she didn’t offer another room she just said ok . I will cancel your reservation & u need to get with booking.com about your refund.I had to drive all the way back to Austin cus we couldn’t find another room & mind u I had already paid for Schlitterbahn tickets for my family.it was a nightmare & disaster.Never again . And mind u they never responded to booking.com to refund me my money.Do not waste ur time this hotel is a huge scam . Idk how they have a 4 rating . Stay away from that place looks creepy & stinks !
