  : Really lovely unique decor, looks just like the photos. The private balcony overlooking the river was also beautiful. We wish we could come back in sunnier weather to enjoy all the nature and views.Location is good - enough parking and then a quick drive (free parking in town) or 10mins walk to the town center which we loved
  : There is no shared space at all - just the bedrooms, which we didnt realize.

  : Location near Gruene historic area is a plus. Were warned about construction after reservation had been made. Staff was quite friendly and helped us with bags, door lock.
  : No elevator, have to drag suitcases up the stairway to a second level room. Improvements seem to be taking a long time to complete. Price paid was too high for the value this property represents.

  : Mattress was too soft for our comfort, room was a little minimal, and there was no formal entry or gathering room, because the facility is still under construction.

  : Good Location & view. The room was nice and newly furnished. Some shabby finishing work (tile/cabinet shelving) in the bathroom on a new construction. If I was the owners I'd be upset with the quality of workmanship.
  : @ 7:30am we were awakened by the supervisor of construction yelling work orders to employees in the hallway.At 8:30 the maid started moving furniture in the room above us by dragging it across the floor.Let's be honest.. in a rush to make money the owners have decided to book rooms in an unfinished construction site. This should be mentioned to anyone booking so they have the option(s) to book at a SEVERELY REDUCED rate, somewhere else OR don't book rooms until the construction is finished.At the least, instruct the construction crews to wait until 10-11am.Also, retrain your housekeeper.to start cleaning rooms after 11am.
