  : Stuff is nice and really trying to be helpful, even though it's hard sometimes with not much communication between them The view is nice, especially for morning full of balloons in front of you
  : Toilet was semi broken, and had to be asked to repair but we're just taped to the wall and had to stay with the tray open for couple of days.. The manager is coming and going, always look grumpy, not really a person of service In sum, the VFM didn't match our expectations

  : Ordered one soup and one Ceasar salad. Soup was brought quickly but then we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the salad. My partners soup was then cold before we could start eating. Both should be ready and brought at the same time. In the bathroom there is no thermostatic tap. No problem but the hot water tap is the right one, not on the left as is common. You will wait forever for hot water when opening the left tap. The WiFi was very slow. Only Turkish channels on the tv. The staff was friendly and helpful, speak English well

  : -the hotel and its surroundings are beautiful, and the view of the room is wonderful -we especially liked the interior of our rooms -it's not in the city centre, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet (but no shops or restaurants nearby) -the pool area -the hotel's own restaurant is quite good
  : -the staff at the reception...they try to help with tours, but they mistake and confuse everything....you need to have written proof of what and what price were said for tours -you can use WhatsApp with them- because they don't remember correctly...one tour became 100 Euros more when we arrived compared to what we booked with them previously, when I showed the messaging about the tour they agreed on the cheaper- original- price. It really seems that a bunch of incompetent people were trying to run the hotel.. -another thing: as our plane departed late in the afternoon we tried to ask for late checkout the previous night. The receptionist called ONUR stated that for next day late checkout was impossible because they have full house. Of course we checked the available rooms on Booking.com and on the hotel's own website as well, there were plenty of free rooms for next day, obviously they weren't at all fully booked...When we asked the morning receptionist about late checkout on the day of our leaving, the guy said that of course they have free rooms so late checkout is possible for both our rooms...We really didn't understand why Onur didn't want to give us late checkout, especially for that we were with children...We think Onur simply didn't like us. Because of the reception staff we have mixed feelings for the hotel, because the surroundings and the hotel itself are excellent, but the people at the reception really ruin the experience :( -wifi not always working -the breakfast is not European style, be prepared for this (I think it is quite common in Turkey)
