  : Nice and cozy room. Everything I needed were there and breakfast was good. I was even asked for room change yet I preferred to stay to where they put me first. Though it rained for 2 days since I checked in to the property, I was well attended. Big shout out to the kind and accommodating receptionist Yagmur and Morat.
  : This post is my honest feedback and nothing against the property or staff because I had a great stay. But the soap holder in the bathroom where I stayed was broken. It cut me in my lower arm when I was taking a shower. This must be replaced to avoid incident again. The room doesn't have an aircon so I had to open the windows for fresh air and ventilation. I was offered to move to the other building with aircon yet I found it difficult to move in and out as I already settle to the first room I checked in. Hope most of the rooms are with aircon. The challenging part was the consecutive days of raining. The water got in to my room. It was watery and sticky (with soil) at the same time. Worst was when I went down to reception and it was flooding. I feel sorry for both the owner and receptionist Yagmur because they really had to clean and scrub everything. I know this is beyond anyone's control as this is natural phenomena but management should be cautious and attend to the flooring to avoid future flood or it will be inconvenience to everyone.

  : Location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.
  : There is no elevator. There is no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets wet after a shower.

  : Location was good, away from the hustle of the city but near the hot air balloon taking off area.Breakfast was really good.
  : Rooms were too small and you really have to ask for everything like the water, hangers etc. plus there was no AC we went in October though but some days were hot.

  : Breakfast was good. Great coffee and presentation of it. The view from terrace on balloons. Parking, wifi, hot water - no problems
  : It was cold in the room. Not sound proof, noisy. Room was rather small but we knew it in advance.

  : Fantastic breakfast. On the outskirts of town, so quiet - a 10 minute walk from the centre. Modern building and facilities, overlooking horse stables and near where all the balloons are let off each morning.
  : The room's attached kitchen had no plug for the kettle and limited coffee and supplies. Had to pull out the TV cable to plug the kettle in, in the bedroom part. The coffee cups were paper cups. Would be good if crockery was supplied - eg porcelain cups, saucers and teaspoons.

  : The owner and his daughter were the sweetest. We reached there super early and said we would wait in the lobby till check in but they upgraded our room and let us check in early. Their service was impeccable, absolutely recommend them.
  : Nothing
