  : This property is extremely unresponsive and heartless. I was involved in a car accident on my way to check in. I made a point to call the property from my child’s hospital room and of course nobody answered. The next morning, I contacted Booking.com to assist with a cancellation and refund given the circumstances. The property insisted they are going to charge the full cancellation rate due to no show/no call. I called the property twice more on 6/22 and of course, no answer! How does this staff get off claiming they weren’t called to be made aware that we would be a no show due to being in an accident, when they don’t answer the phone?! RIDICULOUS!

  : The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, and a nice size closet and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, with nice sheets that stayed cool. The breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. The coffee was good and available all day. The location is about 15 minutes from all the sights downtown. There was a decent size gym that included free weights and weight bench. The pool looked like a nice size. We didn't get in it, though. The staff were very nice and helpful for the most part. When it was the day to check out, we were getting our stuff to the car and couldn't carry it all, so we left some to come back, and our key wouldn't unlock the door. We went to the front desk, and she attempted to fix it, but the keys still wouldn't work, so the manager came and let us back into the room to retrieve our other items. We were able to use an HDMI cord to watch Netflix from a laptop.
  : I had to tinker with the thermostat a good bit. The air would stay cold for a little while, and some mornings, we woke up, and it was a little warm in the room. The door to go into the room was a little hard to open. The toilet ran, and the faucet sprayed the water everywhere every time we turned it on. The tv had internet streaming services like Netlfix, but it wouldn't work. I called to the front desk to get it fixed, they offered to put me in another room but we were already settled in, so they offered to send a technician the next day to look at it but that never happened. The people above us were stomping around after midnight.

  : We loved our stay and stayed for around 3 weeks, the rooms were very good and had nice cooking facilities. There were lots of free things at the hotel too. The location was also good for the airport.
  : I felt the checkin experience was really bad. We only made this booking since when arriving for a 3 week stay the room was meant to be paid for by my work. Whilst my work had shared the payment confirmation with me on the Friday before to let me know everything was paid for, on arrival there was a problem with this payment. My UK phone wouldn't let me call US numbers and I asked if I could make a phone call and the person behind the desk refused. It took us several hours to check in and I didn't feel the lady checking us in was sympathetic or interested in helping in any way. I, therefore, had to make a duplicate booking in order to be able to checkin.

  : We had rented a suite with cooking facilities. There was no frying pan to use and only 1 small knife provided. We had alot of difficulty getting the countertop cooking elements to work and stay warm. We could only use one of them. We went out for the day and came back at 4:30pm only to find our room not cleaned and freshened - although the front desk told us as we left in the morning it would be done that day. We found the cleaning person on the floor and questioned her. She said we weee. Of on her list but did give us clean towels and emptied our trash (we had stayed there 2 nights by then). Hallways needed swept. Overall the motel was quiet. Staff at front desk very friendly.

  : The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was perfect.
  : The room was smaller than expected, smelled like someone had been cooking in it all day, the fridge didn't work, and the "sofa bed" was super small and hard. I would not recommend this hotel room for 4 people if two of them are taking the sofa bed, it was like sleeping on the floor.
