  : when we arrived at around 3AM d/t flight delays desk staff said we couldn’t check in yet because she was doing an audit. We waited for her to finish and she seemed annoyed that we were there so late. They didn’t have our reservation and blamed it on Booking.com. we had reservation for a studio with 2 queens and a pull out but they did have it so we got a regular room. We were not credited for the smaller room. My reservation stated bill would be $192 with taxes and fees included. Actual bill was $227. Overall, nice clean hotel but made to feel unwelcome by night registration at 3AM after a long day of travel, lost reservation and charged more for less

  : We found just the number of the towells for one day.At the end of the day all of them were wet.The staff was polite, but not friendly.

  : The location was great. Close to the airport, Broadway and all that Nashville has to offer. Clean and well kept property. Full kitchen in our suite was a bonus.
  : More breakfast variety. More help available at the desk. Many times I went to the desk and had to wait several minutes because only one person is working and several people are needing assistance. Beds were not made everyday. One day we were told by housekeeping staff they were too busy. On the day of checkout at 830am, the housekeeper knocked on the door, and before we could respond, as we were still in bed, she came into our room! At that time we let her know we would be checking out at check out time (11am). At 1030, she was at the door again, trying to rush us out. We didn't fly out until 330. I did let the front desk staff know when we checked out and they assured me that this is not how they operate and someone would speak to the housekeeping manager.
