  : We really liked the place overall. It would have been a great location if the road was not shut down directly in front of the unit.
  : The road at 2nd Avenue was totally torn up and blocked off from access other than the sidewalk on both sides of the street. This made it very difficult to get your luggage from the adjacent street(Commerce) over to the unit and was a hefty walk but not impossible. Also the workers doing the road construction were using heavy equipment which started at 7am. If you are staying during the week make sure you do not mind getting up early from all the noise and disturbance. We did find out this project will not be completed until 2026 so we will not be going back to this exact location until then! The bedrooms are directly over Taco Bell which has a bar and live music which lasts until very late at night early morning.

  : The location is great the apartment is nice but waking at 6:30 am due to jack hammering on a vacation including the weekend was not disclosed and very unsatisfying.
  : Price and noise due to construction in the street with jack hammering even in the weekend

  : It was beautiful, modern and spacious. Check in was easy. The extra bathroom was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were also very responsive
  : -Noisy: very noisy with the construction outside and we could hear everything from the unit beside us-while it was overall clean, the sofa bed was not with dirty sheets and crumbs.

  : Unfortunately they are tearing up.the road infront to kay storm water drains. These boys start very early in tge morning 6.30 am. So very noisey

  : Massive construction occurring outside. And I can not emphasize Massive enough!Jack hammers that rattled the windows at 6:00 am. Barricades to navigate on the sidewalk. Street was completely closed so had to haul our luggage some distance in the rain to building entrance. If I had known all this I would not have stayed there for free!
  : The property itself is fine. It was all the external factors that made it horrible. I feel you should have extended the courtesy of advance awareness and disclosure prior to my making reservation. We actually extended our stay but money to the Moxy

  : Ants where in unit 201 and we messaged twice and they did not come to clean up. Also the door handle was about to fall off. Again we messaged twice and no one came out
