  : Beautiful property in a fantastic location.
  : Room service did not do their jobs. Empty body wash in shower. Empty replacement toilet paper. Had to call and ask front desk for more. They didn’t get it done til my wife walked down a few hours later and had to ask again.

  : the Hotel & room beautiful, location was great for what we were in Nashville for, the CMA fest. Loved the bar in the hoteal lobby and the bar down stairs which was like a Speakeasy for todays music.
  : We had a problem with our shower which my husband was able to fix temporarily and let them know when we checked out.

  : Excellent location backing onto Printers Alley, within walking distance of so many brilliant things to do. Very good sized room with excellent bathroom and proper mini bar.

  : My daughter and I stayed at your hotel and every morning we had coffee and pastries and they were excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant one night. The food was outstanding and the waiter was very friendly. We also liked the location of the hotel. It seem to be close enough to Broadway and everywhere else there seem to be entertainment and things going on.
  : What we did not like about the hotel was it was very dark. The lighting wasn’t very good and we had a hard time putting our make up on, couldn’t see very well in the closet, we just had a hard time seeing. We felt that if there would’ve been a few more lamps in the room, it would’ve helped out a lot. The big complaint I had was housekeeping. The first two days we were there, which was Thursday and Friday there was water left on the nightstand one for each of us. We drank a lot of water there and it was just nice to have two bottles that we were able to drink after being gone all day. Saturday night we came back from the concert and it was pretty late and there was no water left, housekeeping had forgotten to restock the toilet paper and we were almost out. The floor had not been vacuumed as there was still things left on the floor. They never took the bar glasses away. We had one champagne glass, one mixed drink glass and one wine glass that stayed there for three days. When I booked the room back in October, I was so excited my daughter could come with me and I wanted to book the hotel and get everything lined up. I paid for everything that night on the phone and never thought another thing about it. About three months ago my son and daughter-in-law wanted to go, and I called a couple of hotels, trying to get the best price. Prices were between two and $400 a night. My total bill was $2700. I feel that was excessive for the type of service we got and no other hotel charged that much per night. We are going to come back next year for CMA Fest, but I think I’ll have to look around for a little cheaper hotel.

  : It’s a great location and modern building but that’s where the positives end.
  : The rooms aren’t clean, the staff were really rude to my friend and I. The overall set up didn’t match the price we paid for this property, I wouldn’t stay here again

  : The property was beautiful and our room was well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. All around a wonderful experience. Close to everything in downtown Nashville we were interested in.
  : The only snafu from our visit was a mixup with laundry service - we were misinformed around timelines and were unable to get our garments cleaned before leaving.

  : The location is great. Was is walking distance to broadway and everything we were doing there. All the staff was very friendly and was happy to answer all our questions.
  : The pool was very small, so anyone with kids that want to swim might find it difficult. It was only big enough for about 5 people or so, if you want to just sit in the water it’s great but any real swimming would be difficult. Valet parking was confusing for the first time visit. The street is busy and we didn’t know that we needed to pull right in front of hotel on the street but we pulled off to the little side street and valet helped instruct on how to drive around the block.
