: Good equipment: fridge, coffee maker, washer & dryer. BUT need to add a kettle, it was a pain using a pan to boil water for a cup of tea.
: Whole house in need of refurbishment & repair to damaged areas. Current condition has no resemblance to the promotional photos on website.Kitchen cabinets in poor condition, with bugs inside drawers & on counter tops. We used liberal amounts of insecticide & chose not to do any serious cooking in the house.Also suffered from copious numbers of small bugs (mites?) in corner of main bedroom. Again daily spraying was needed to keep the at bay.Nice pool but it wasn’t ready to use when we arrived as there wasn’t enough water in the system for the pump & heating to function. This basic pre-arrival check hadn’t been made.

: The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly.
: The pool did not work for the first 3 days we were there. The home was dirty, I wiped the light switches and walls because they were sticky. The fans needed to be dusted and floors cleaned. The home is an older home and needs some upgrading.

: It was clean, but has aged since pictures were taken and needs more attention. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was large. Location was a short distance to nice beaches and other activities. The maintenance company Vacasa was receptive to the majority of the feedback given and responsive, in most cases, in a timely manner. We would rent there again.
: There were maintenance issues that were resolved (running toilet, overgrown patio landscaping, air conditioner broke, pool water level too low and heat and circulation faulted out). The critical issues took time to fix and workers were present in the home with us on over half the days we were there, we were compensated for this inconvenience by the owner/maintenance company and appreciated their dedication to making things right! Everyone was very kind and considerate while completing their work. Many maintenance items are still pending with the maintenance company, but I believe all will be addressed and that the home will continue to be a great place to be. We would rent there again.

: Mattresses were comfortable
: Property is in dire need of an overhaul, from plumbing to pool deck....outdoor furniture had mold and was torn, inside was nice but not very functional (fridge door and oven door both rubbed wall and cabinets respectively when opened) dryer took hours to dry towels. Spa button wasn't working and even though it was fixed, we didn't get to enjoy it as we were leaving the following day...
