  : Firstly, I must commend the exceptional beach view room that instantly transported me to a state of relaxation and allowed me to connect with the mesmerizing beauty of the Mexican Gulf. The friendly, professional, and well-trained Front of House team also contributed positively to my stay, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.On a positive note, the yoga sessions on the green in front of the beach were delightful and added value to my stay. The breathtaking sunset view was a highlight, although I found it necessary to secure a booking for the best seat in advance.
  : Despite the hefty cost of the accommodation, I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the package and neither were the bottle of water in the room. Compared to other world-class hotels, I reckon this should be complementary. Additionally, I found the breakfast menu to be average, with limited options and notably high prices for simple items such as a decent pan au chocolate. I felt there was room for an exceptional continental buffet. Furthermore, the price of wine was unexpectedly high for what was offered, and while the food was decent, the ceviche was overly sour for my taste. I also feel that the high cost of certain food and drink items was not reflective of the quality.

  : The breakfast was good fresh, and being able to eat facing the ocean was an awesome experience. I enjoyed my interactions with the vast majority of the staff. From the concierge to the bell men to the valet and front desk service, everyone was polite and attentive. The beach front dining experience was also amazing, and the work done to accommodate us was on short notice was greatly appreciated. It made for a very memorable anniversary experience.
  : There was a large wedding that happened to be occurring at the same time we were there. It seemed that it taxed the staff a bit to handle such a large party and also other guests. It wasn't obvious in the way that the staff conducted themselves overall, but you could feel a bit of the wedding pressure.

  : The beach is beautiful and the room is comfortable. Food is good at the restaurant. Spent New Year Eve at the restaurant and they did a good job.
  : Mo in in the restaurant and Diane at the concierge were great. The rest of the staff is indifference. Took a long time for the crib to be delivered to the room the first day even though the room confirmation stated that the crib was ordered. The housekeeping skipped cleaning one day. Beach and pool staff were not helpful. When asked the front desk about a misplaced brown shirt, he pulled out a grey jacket and asked me if that was my shirt. I am not color blind and don't know if he is.The services were not consistent and spotty. We paid a lot of money to enjoy the beach, golf and spa. Did not believe the cost equaled to the value.

  : Location is good, as it is on the beach. The hotel was easy to find and get to from the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel that looked out to the beach. Restaurant on site is excellent. We had an excellent NY dinner there. The concierge was excellent and made great restaurants' recommendation in Naples.
  : The staff was not helpful and did not seem to care. We misplaced a brown shirt, and when asked the front desk, the guy pulled out a gray jacket. I am not colorblind and know the difference between a shirt and a jacket. The beach and pool staff were probably overworked and understaffed. Did not get our chairs set up several times. Complained to the supervisor and received better service later. But for a first rated hotel, services were expected. Otherwise, what were we paying for?
