  : the beds were not configured as had been described so we needed to use the sofa bed and have the reception staff make the bed. jacuzzi did not work. bathroom door came off hinges and my husband had to fix it. this could have been super dangerous with small children. bedrooms were carpeted with astroturf / artificial grass which was bizarre. the location was very good and great views from 9th floor. nowhere to park or pause outside so be prepared to park at a nearby private garage and walk with your belongings - this worked fine. during the workday there is a 10c charge each time you use the lift so have some change handy.

  : There is nothing 'Presidential' or 'VIP' about the apartment, perhaps in the past but certainly not now. The apartment is in a poor state, we had a broken toilet seat which prevented the main toilet being used, the shower head was blocked (I had to clean it to get water to flow), the pool table is in very poor condition, the pockets deformed and the cues were broken so you can't play properly, one of the internal doors had been ripped from its hinges and was in a cupboard, there was no kettle, draining board or T-Towels to dry washing up and the kitchen tap was not securely fixed to the unit. There is no parking outside and the car park that is said to be available is underground and around 400m away so you need to carry all your luggage through the city or risk getting towed by stopping in a busy street to unload your car. 'Breakfast' is a croissant and a coffee from a shop around the corner and not worth paying for. Most critically of all was that we were travelling with a baby and had booked a cot, which was confirmed as available by the property before we travelled. On arrival there was no cot and we were told to put our baby on the floor or on a bed with pillows either side of him. Totally unacceptable and not a safe way for a 4 month old to sleep as this could have ended up in suffocation or falling from a bed. After several complaints and calls to the reception desk a cot finally arrived on the 3rd day of our stay. We had spent the previous 2 nights using a single mattress on the floor, taking it in turns to watch our son during the night. We complained through Booking.com but the property weren't interested so have been left with no option but to leave this poor, but honest review.
