  : Staying in old Palazzo in the heart of the old city was great experience. A lot of space and some original features, especially the entrance and the stairs are wonderful.
  : Appartment probably needs some renovation in the near future. It might be that it is nicer staying there in the hot summer days, than in the rainy winter.

  : Location is in the university district, so getting to the apartment in the evening was chaos. The size was great and it was nice for our kids to all have their own beds on vacation for once.
  : The maintenance of the apartment is very lacking. The beautiful shower that is listed does not work, the sauna that is listed is a single person and not for the claustrophobic. An outlets that just pull out of the wall completely. Air conditioners that freeze up if they're on too long. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, so we had to wash them all before use. The couch is badly stained and just looks like someone lives there on the regular, which is fine, but not what we expect from booking.com locations.

  : A coffee machine is really missing especially when you are in Italy!

  : The location and terrace. Good size with 3 shower rooms.
  : In need of some TLC (freezer needed de-icing, some chairs broken because screws were loose, coffee pot handle broken, 1 light out of 4 working on terrace). Could be fantastic with some attention to detail.

  : Compliments for the host! The apartment is very central to the sights. Around the corner a supermarket ideal for getting a breakfast. The host is very easy to reach and he responds quickly and aduquately. Without our request, he offered to use the apartment until the evening because of our late flight. Only good about this apartment!
  : The bed of the third bedroom is not really suitable for two adults: we have not experienced this as a problem: in the living room is a super good sofa bed, spacious bed!

  : Squeaky bed wasn't so romantic. A few more kitchen utensils required

  : Could do with a bit of TLC, heating didn’t work one of the bathrooms was a bit dirty,lamp in living room didn’t work and couple of doors hanging off. Could also do with a kettle.
