  : The breakfast and the breakfast room was beautiful!
  : Lack of hospitality from staff except for one woman at the front desk who helped us get a taxi when checking out. It’s made to look and feel like a royal palace but it’s a facade and slightly disappointing when you “pull back the curtains”, especially since there was no view, but the idea and concept is neat. Honestly if it weren’t for that awesome grand room and the extravagant breakfast I wouldn’t have been satisfied at all. The breakfast saved it.

  : Hotel is quiet. My room was dimly lit with indirect light from a window.
  : The advertisement shows the breakfast room which is glorious but my room was clean but dingy. My suggestion would be to use the various salon lounges throughout the hotel to get out of room. The location was not exceptional but the staff was pretty helpful.

  : The management and desk staff and breakfast (room, food, staff) were all exceptional. I liked that there were various seating areas throughout the hotel to meet with friends (we traveled as a group). Location was central. Room was quiet. The housekeeping was also fantastic to get to room while we were at breakfast, efficient and professional. Bathroom was spacious enough and clean. The temperature of the room was good.
  : Room looked a little tired - furnishings and linens. I didn't realize there was a fridge in the room until the last day - a bit hidden in the dark closet. The room was dark, though there was a door to a shared patio outside, there was no direct natural light and lighting in the bedroom was adequate, but natural light is always better. There wasn't enough seating. We asked for an extra chair which never materialized. Had requested two twins and though we had two twins, they were pushed together with a single bedspread.
