  : We booked this accomodation because of the jacuzzi and the sauna, and we enjoyed them. The TV's with Netflix were also great
  : The water wasn't very hot, so the jacuzzi wasn't as warm as we wanted. The checkout time could be a bit later (11 am)

  : The view was fabulous from the huge bathroom with sauna and hot tub, 2 big TVs with netflix, close to cafes and restaurants, 10 min walk to piazza Plebiscito
  : There was no pool, the bed in the second room was too small for 2 people, the kitchen was in the hallway and very dark, it takes two hour to fill the hot tub with hot water, the apartment is very noisy in the building on the main road, entrance is also scary

  : 1. Location is great, very close to the historic center of town. 2. The apartment is nice, generously spaced, with a big bathroom, a nicely sized bedroom, and a bonus office / living room. 3. There are some nice restaurants just steps away from the building, so it's easy to go down and have a great meal without having to stray too far. 4. Antonio, the host, was a reasonably good communicator.
  : 1. The building in which the apartment is located is in quite poor condition. It appears that some apartments in this 8 story building may have been renovated but most are not. The lobby, elevator, and common areas all look a bit beat up to put it kindly. The overall experience does not fit with the title "Imperial Suite Spa" 2. The breakfast pictured in the Booking.com page is nothing like what we got. We stayed two nights, and on both mornings Antonio delivered 2 capuccinos and 4 croissants in brown bag. That's it. That is not what is represented in the booking.com picture. 3. The picture of the swimming pool in the booking.com page is misleading. We were never shown a facility like that, and I suspect there is none on premises. I am not sure where that is and Antonio did not show us anything like it. 4. Antonio seemed to be in a bit of a hurry each time we saw him. He dropped off the "breakfast" and was gone. I didn't feel he wanted to engage us as other hosts did during our trip.

  : Everything. Apartement is runned down. Everything from plumbing, beds entry door lock was broken. No english communication at all. Building is not appealing from entrance to elevator.

  : the person who received us was nice and apologetic about how terrible the facilities were at this so called hotel it was HORRIBLE and should be removed as a listing on booking
  : rotted wood in the bathtub, rusty nails, leaky shower, and mosquito INFESTED hell hole of a hotel we are covered in mosquito bites and there were no open windows. this place was pitiful and I am beyond disappointed. such a waste of money.
