  : The hotel/apartments are located in a building on the third floor with two elevators, 24/7 security guard at the entrance of the building, very clean and safe. Our studio was large with seating area, a small kitchenette and coffee machine, clean and comfortable. The area is wonderful, next to the Piazza dei Martiri with beautiful historic buildings, lots of restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafes etc. Massimo was perfect host, he greeted us and explained everything, even organised our train station pick up and drop off, as well providing great recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants etc. We highly recommend Delco and we will be back.

  : The hotel its located in a nice area of town. 15 min walk to the Royal palace. The room was spacious and clean.
  : It was a bit tricky to find, as its on the 3rd floor of what it seems a residential building.There is no way of turning off the air conditioning (it is a bit noisy) without turning off the electricity in the room, which is a inconvenient when you need to charge things over night.

  : Great location, clean, decent shower. Ok if you only need a place to crash while on vacation
  : Internet Wi-Fi never worked, and nothing was done to resolve it. Cleaning happens every day, even if you request nobody enter the room. The whole place is run like a very poor attempt at a hotel
