  : The apartment wasn't good cleaned. You have to pay a lot for parking and finally we could not leave the car two hours longer. They meant the next quests will come. But we wanted leave the car only till 12. Check in starts later...at the end we parked on the street where someone damaged our car...

  : Location and cleanliness of the room
  : When I initially rang the property to confirm our check in date, whoever I spoke to was quite rude and adamant that my check in date was wrong and addressed me with the phrase Listen Lady. I also sent 1 email prior to our stay asking a question about a local ferry company that was never replied to. We asked reception to organise a taxi for us to get to the train station on the day of our departure which they did and was wonderful until we arrived at the station and were charged twice the amount we were on our arrival.. perhaps our bad for not asking the price ahead of time but we were just expecting them to arrange the local metered taxi for us.. they obviously have some arrangement with a luxury taxi driver so if you can arrange your own I advise to do so.

  : Breakfast was fantastic, felt like there was good options with pastries, meat, hot drinks and juices. The room was quite spacious and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water in the mini fridge. Location was also very near to a pizza takeaway so we could order a pizza and bring it back to the hotel to eat.
  : The air conditioning at one point started leaking water for no reason and made a big puddle in the room, in which we had to wipe it up with one of the towels provided. I did contact the management about it and they said it's probably condensation and nothing to worry about and said it would be checked out in the morning. Also, since I checked in late, they gave me a code to use to get into the property but the second code to get to the actual property didn't work for soem reason. I then pressed the emergency contact button near the gate and spoke to someone to try to get in. I couldn't really hear them because the signal wasn't that strong. Luckily, there was a person who needed to get through and they had a keycard to access the property and let us in. We could then properly get our keycard to the room properly.

  : Location horrible Looks like you are in an old place from the outside No elevator stairs only I dont recommend to stay Breakfast horrible I dont recommend to stay here Taxi does not come to the door and drops off two block away and you have drag the luggage to the venue and elevator only for large apartments

  : the hotel is a 1 minute walk from the largest square in Naples and busy centre ... everything is very close. the young woman who helped out at breakfast was very nice and we had a long chat . great pizza place next door !
  : to be honest this place felt much more like a low level hostel . the breakfast was a couple of cakes and coffee from a cheap vending machine in a tiny area. The bedroom was small and wasn't particularly clean or comfortable . im not sure what rooms are in the pics on booking.com but ours was nothing like them. It cost us 133 euros per night ....really it wasnt worth more than 65/70 euros per night !.....that may have been bad timing on our part though : it was liberation day weekend , which we did not know about .... so possibly the prices were inflated due to that .
