  : Nice enough room, although needing some attention. Private and quiet building. Good location near the harbour and from the chaos of Naples
  : Some maintenance required with a broken shower and damp issues leaving powdery residue on the walls which got on our stuff. Staff communication was very difficult via message and in person with the cleaning lady checking us in who was pleasant but didnt speak much english. Note there is no reception or anyone available. Check out wasnt explained and it took a very long time via message to explain. Breakfast was okay in a little cafe downstairs, it isnt much but it is a traditional Italian breakfast

  : Location was excellent
  : Very poor experience at check in. I was asked to use WhatsApp to contact host. I was already travelling when I got this message and had no access to wifi. I arrived in Naples, couldnt check in til 4, already late. No- one was there to meet me. It was hot and I was tired. Thank goodness there was a portiere who helped me, or else I would have been on the street with nowhere to stay. The host insisted I use WhatsApp. The portiere told him I could not use it as there was no wifi. Eventually the host used messenger to communicate with me and after ONE HOUR I was able to get in to the room. The curtains were hanging off and would not close. There was supposed to be a small bed which was more like a footstool. I speak Italian, but someone who didnt know the language would have been in real trouble.

  : Comminication with the owner was kind of difficalt. The personal do not speak English.
