  : The location of this studio apartment is great, right in the centre of the city but quiet at night. After staying in a few hotels on our travels it was great to have a place that had more space than a hotel room and felt really homely. We liked how the studio was decorated and the space has been used well. The photos of the two chairs do show you that you don't have a lounge area as such but it's a pleasant space to sit in. The bathroom is large and shower is great. I wouldn't have found the kitchen area easy to cook in but after several nights eating out on our trip we grabbed some stuff at the covered market and it was pleasant enough to sit at what is essentially like a breakfast bar. As long as you realise this is a studio apartment and not a full size apartment you will not be disappointed. It has two windows and looks onto a pleasant street. There are parking options within 5 minutes walk. As you would expect in the centre of a French town these are underground carparks and if you have a long vehicle as we had parking is not a pleasant experience, but doable.
  : On one occasion we came back to the apartment and the entry code to the apartment did not work. I telephoned the contact number and was sent a new code immediately which should reassure everyone. I am sure this doesn't usually happen but best to mention it in case it happens to someone else. I speak fluent French so I couldn't tell you if speaking only English would have been a problem.

  : The password didn't work when we arrived. However, Catherine quickly responded to us and helped us get into the room in 1 minute. She is really helpful and friendly. The location is great! If you have a big car (SUV), you can also try the Onepark-Parking Nancy behind the Hotel Mercure Nancy Centre Stanislas. It is expensive but with more space to safely get in.
  : The lift didn't work during our stay and we had to take the stairs with our luggage to the third floor. Luckily we only had one small suitcase and one handbag.

  : Fabulous position, close to the main points of interest, easy access. Motorbike parking right outside. Loved the vibe from the street in the evening with the windows open. Complimentary coffee and the maker was superb.
  : Lift wasn't working- 64 steps to apartment. However, that is out of the hosts control.
