: Bathroom sinks were clogged, and shower was dirty

: The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows, that is all we liked. Unable to provide more sentences, there was nothing else we liked.
: First I was disappointed because the unit was not on the resort's management. I have owned a few rentals at Myrtle Beach and this is a MUST for customer satisfaction. Secondly, keys would have been nice, trying to put in a 9 digit code on a lock that only worked about every third try was a pain. There was no welcome package. I spent the first two hours of my stay trying to figure out the crappy cable system. We had one light outside the bathroom that worked, which was a reading light over one of the beds, the other one had a broken light switch. There was no phone in the unit, which is advertised and being a former owner knowing this is covered in the HOAs. The sink and bath tub both backed up when flushed or water was turned on. There were two chairs completely unusable because they are shoved between a bed and a wall. This also made this bed unusable. The sliding glass door was so tight, my wife could not open and close it herself.

: The resort had a very nice pool & lazy river.
: The beds were too firm & the bathroom sink wouldn't drain appropriately.
