  : Being on the 10th floor, the view was beautiful.
  : Morning,I wanted to reach out to you regarding my recent beach rental on room 1001 Palace Inn Resort. There were several things I wanted to bring to you and the owners attention.•The queen size mattress on the bed was horrible. It was so outdated and unacceptable. You could not even sleep two comfortable because you sagged in the middle. I also think you have bed bugs too. I developed rashes and bite marks on my arms.•The pull out sofa was sagging too. I did not pay over $1300 and drive 10.5 hours to sleep on a couch. I hope you address this issue immediately for future. I’m pretty sure you could find a better couch and mattress for the amount of money you charge.•No ice machine in fridge or resort. Just two small cracked ice cube trays. Had to go buy bags of ice. •Resort restaurant and bar was closed all week. The outside pool restaurant/bar closed too.•Two (2) rolls of toilet paper to last 7 ½ days?•Had to call the first day to get TV fixed. Could not use remote/change channels or even turn off on side of TV. Even though the view was an awesome sight, I was very disappointed in the condo unit. Too many issues listed above for the amount you charge. I would hope you would consider talking to the owner and discuss a possible refund of some sort.
