  : It was ok nothing great about it
  : Staff leaves at 11pm so if u need assistance after that time, u r out of luck. It took about a hour to check out. Y would u have 23 floors and only 3 elevators. Not enough carts to carry ur stuff for ur residents. Not organized at all.

  : The one-bedroom condo was average of what I would expect. For the stay we were very dissatisfied over the kids was wanting a waterpark and this property had one and we were supposed to be able to use it according to our booking but couldn't. Once we were turned away over not having any key card or anything stating we was staying there and was able and supposed to be able to use the amenities we went to the front desk and talked to the host. She was very rude and told us over the way we booked our stay we were unable to use any amenities. My wife was not even able to buy coffee and had to walk 1 mile at 7am over the Starbucks inside the building would serve her. So, I personally went down and talked to the front desk, and she was very unprofessional and extremely argumentized and rude. She told me over the way we booked our stay we were unable to use any of the amenities. I asked her nicely and showed her my booking stating we had access to the waterpark, pools and coffee could she please just give us a blank key card if that was what kept getting asked for and she told me NO. Roughly this is the worst vacation we have had yet between not able to do anything we planned on, weed smell everywhere you went and my 14yr old daughter being followed by 2 stranger and she reported it to the security guard and he instructed her to use the stairs and did nothing. Will never stay in South Myrtle Beach again and i will instruct all my friends, family, workers and co-workers the same.

  : The room was not ocean view or ocean front.. The beds were very small.. Room very outdated!!
