  : Good breakfast. Location. 3 elevators, never had to wait long. Two separate sleeping areas was nice. Privacy in main bedroom and pull-out couch + Murphy bed in the living room area.
  : Curtains in the living area didn't quite cover the sliding doors. Only a concern if you like complete darkness during sleep.

  : The decor was inviting and our room was well equipped with towels for our stay. The staff with ocean beach rentals were nice and understanding of our issues. Other then that not much to brag about.
  : The units bed and both couches were all stained up and the bed was broken upon our arrival. The room smelt musty and in the kitchen there were only 4sets of utensils. (5 of us)

  : Room was dirty, wont give use more than one day of towels in the room, no complimentary coffee, fridge was dirty, beds were dirty, and had roaches. Reached out to the company and they did nothing! Nasty.

  : I really liked how close it was to the beach, the inside pool & the bar at the pool.
  : the staff was very rude & not trained on their job whatsoever. horrible customer service from the front desk. the parking security guard was very rude as well. the the pullout couches & beds smelled like pee as well as the the extra sheets & blankets, found some red stains on the sheets that looked like blood. for a place that allows up to 7 people there should have been an extra parking pass-very inconvenient.

  : The parking garage is terrible the hotel is run down. Staff were not helpful because I rented the room from the owner. Free breakfast offered to hotel patrons but not if you rent from owner

  : I loved that we was right on the beach an close to all the attractions we wanted 2 visit and see
  : I called the office and asked for more towels and was told that because I didn't book through the actual hotel I couldn't get more towels that I had wash the towels I was given or keep using them dirty my granddaughter dropped her binky under the dresser so I moved it out to grab her binky and it was gross behind it garbage and dirt it was messy u could definitely tell nobody moves the furniture to clean behind or underneath of it my daughter went to the front desk 2 ask for a garbage bag and she was again told no since we didn't book through the actual hotel we couldn't even get a garbage bag these are all things I wish I woulda knew before I booked the room but other than that me and my family had fun and that's all that really mattered
