  : The check-in was simple and easy. I was able to update the names on our confirmation to include my husbands name since he ended up getting there a few hours before me.
  : I realize this property is directly on the coast and people say there will be bugs so expect it, but we have been coming to this general location for years (the last 13 years) and this is the first time we have had bugs (multiple) in our unit. Cockroaches and some other kind of beetles. The freezer had a nasty sticky substance covering the bottom. The sink overflow hole was full of mold and mildew and the exhaust fan in the bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. The mattress cover for the Murphy bed was dirty, not stained, dirty. And the floor had dust balls and dirt and sand all over like it hadnt been cleaned after the last occupants. The furniture and decor was nice but for the money we paid I expect to be able to feel comfortable in the place were living while on vacation.

  : Close to the ocean, ocean front, room was super nice. convenient location for stores, food, and shopping.
  : The bar would NOT serve me because the property doesnt manage this room, the man told me to go to another bar. There are roaches, we didnt see any until the second night. beds are not comfortable, TVs kept going in and out.

  : I liked the location
  : I didnt like that although you are staying at the hotel you do not have access to the same amenities as if you book through the property, I also didnt like how dirty the room was. I pretty much had to clean EVERYTHING upon my arrival. Dishes were dirty, oven had build up of old food, floors had dirt and toenails from previous guests, extra bedding had hair from previous guests, tv had fuse shortage and kept going in and out. There no access to breakfast or additional towels if needed. Overseers of the property really seemed to careless. When I expressed the issues it seemed as if it was just back and forth and from Im previous experience working front desk at a hotel and doing intern work as a property manager for a real-estate company I can confidently say they werent attentive to needs or concerns were the truly cared about their guests. I wouldnt stay here again.
