  : The people treated us as if we were unworthy of being in this facility. You are given a room band for the restaurant, bars, pools, ect. What you are not told is the color of the band determines which part of the facility you are welcome to use. We were not allowed to use any part with the exception of parking and pools. All other facilities we were not allowed to use. Also, if we had booked our trip thru the facility it would have been cheaper than using booking. Com. I would not recommend this arrangement to anyone. Always use a deal that you can opt to cancel if you have to change any part of your stay.

  : Lots of bugs on the floors and walls around pools and hot tubs.

  : The room was a nice size and the view was great. You can see the ocean and the city. Loved the balcony! The hotel is nice and the pools are great. You have access to the beach from the pool area and I loved that.
  : The room was not properly cleaned. It looked like it was a build up of dirt and other things. The bathroom was the worst. There was mold all over the ceiling, there was a build up of dirt and dust under the counter and behind the toilet. The front of the counter had built up toothpaste splatter, as well as the base of the mirror.

  : Great view, every basic hotel necessities are there, parking garage connected to the resort itself. Easiest access to the beach of anywhere I stayed. Relatively clean room.
  : The resort itself is very dated looking and in need of some maintenance (other than the front lobby), the room is no different. Frayed carpet, scuffed tub, and stained bathroom ceilings.

  : The room was fairly close to the elevator and the view of the ocean was pretty good. Big balcony. The room was clean.
  : What I didn't know--if you are considered an "Air BNB" you are not allowed to use some amenities. Your wrist band is a different color=you won't be able to buy a coffee or a drink. Wish I had known before hand. The mattress was old/uncomfortable. I asked if I could get in the room early and received a message they would try to accommodate. This wasn't true. The booking.com staff (Tony and Tracy) were unaccommodating. Their response "didn't you read the rules?" etc. They said well the room isn't clean. I told them the cleaning crew just left. They went back to rules. I won't rent with booking.com again. Horrible service. Most places will let you in an hour early if room is ready. They won't budge==4 p.m. (which is an hour later than most on the strand).
