  : I loved the location and the many water activities they had. There was plenty of pools accommodating for my kids. Loved the heated lazy river inside and the water fall pool for the kids outside. Easy access to the beach.
  : It is a little outdated and in one of the kiddie pools someone had pooped in it and left it so we weren’t able to us that side. Pool maintenance could be a little better.

  : Because we booked through your website, checking in was difficult, also we were not allowed to any of the pools or lounges, And we were not permitted to buy coffee in the lobby with a debit card or cash. I would stay at the location again but I will not use your website.

  : We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the restaurants and coffee shops during our stay. We never saw any staff.

  : I didn't no my purchase was under airbnb so my family was unable to utilize any of the facilities amenities, because we didn't purchase our room directly from Landmark we where punished by neglecting us the use of the facility(Starbucks, buffet,bar, toilet tissue, towels, the wifi and everything else). The whole building doesn't have air-conditioning, ice machine on 10th floor broke. Why would treat your guest so badly because they unknowingly purchased from airbnb. I didn't know because I purchased it from booking.com. booking.com did not add that information in any details, I even called them. I am a frequent customer at the Landmark and I've also recommended this hotel. I so disgusted, mortified with Landmark. This isn't my first stay, but thus will be my last stay. Goodbye forever
