  : The place was outdated. There were stains on the curtains and on the walls. Some of the outlets didnt work. Several times the light would flicker when we walked. The hanging light over the dining room table didnt work so we had to move a lamp so we could play games in order to see. The place smelled something strong one day when we came back and the hallway was wet when it rained. The shower drain didnt drain so we had standing water. The water wasnt that hot in the shower either.

  : The location of the resort was great! Close to everything! Food, attractions, stores, restaurants. Pools were also nice as well as being beach front
  : Beware if you rent room 405 which is a private owned condo. The staff is horrible it's like you are wearing a big sign that says private owned room! No towels no housekeeping not so much as even a trash bag for your stay! The fitness center is off limits as well as the coffee bar and snack bar. You have to have a pass in order for the elevator to go past 2nd floor! We got the room on a good deal for the week we stayed but we will not be back due to the rude staff!

  : The view was breathtaking. It was also so nice to be so close to everything. The pools were nice minus the kids that weren't being watched by their parents running around and pushing through us on the lazy river. The pool areas did have plenty of seating inside and outside which was super nice. And again the view was worth every penny. The staff was also super friendly even when just passing them in the elevators. There was also a bar and coffee shop that seemed nice on the property.
  : The cleanliness could've been better. The first night we stayed there, we tried to take showers after the pool. My 3 kids went first and when they got out I noticed the tub was filled even tho they took showers. The water wasn't going down very fast at all so I had to wait until the next morning to shower. Before I started the shower I pulled the biggest clump of hair out of the drain. This clearly wasn't from us as we just checked in the day before. I also reached out to the property to see if they had vacancy for another night and was told yes I could book the next morning at 8am. 2 hours later I got another message stating the room was booked and I couldn't stay there another night. Then I was explained to like I was stupid that all rooms needed to be paid for ahead of time. Which is funny because when I booked back in February I had to call them to get them to charge my card and prepay before my stay.
