  : Relatively clean, shutters and windows really blocked out the light and noise well (if they are closed, see my other comments).
  : Multiple things went wrong.1. Air Conditioning - although all the rooms have separate thermostats, the staff regularly override the controls. 2/5 nights that we stayed, they deactivated the air conditioning on very warm evenings, therefore we had to open the windows overnight so we didn't overheat. However, the hotel is on a busy road so it was very noisy with the windows open, making it difficult to sleep. We asked the staff to turn it back on, and the reception person rudely responded "what do you expect me to do?". They have not responded to my direct message about this.2. Not available by phone - although the advertisement says they're available 24/7, they did not answer the phone after hours (we called at about 11PM). If you lose your card, you may be out of luck, since they don't answer.3. After the cleaning services cleaned one day, they left our room unlocked (i.e. the bolt was preventing the door from shutting). Luckily, nothing was stolen.This is all unfortunate because we actually liked the room itself.

  : Location, price, cleanliness and modern. The beds were very comfortable too. Also had breakfast pastry snacks, and great security. A metro entrance is right outside the front door with an underground shopping area with nice places to grab a sandwich or pastry.
  : The room was very small for a quadruple, which we knew going in, but there was not enough room for our stuff. They can store your luggage but it isn’t free.
