  : The room was far too hot and the AC did not work. Several days after our stay we were covered in bed bug bites. We had not stayed anywhere else and the hotel refused to offer us any refund whatsoever! Shocking customer service.

  : Air Conditioner never cooled below 24C. This was our biggest disappointment for paying almost $550EU for 2 nights. Price for a baby crib is high at almost 16EU per night. With a 4 guest booking, the baby crib should come with the room. Fire escape cat walk would allow someone to enter your room with window open. Great to have for a fire but couldn't leave the big window open all night to help cool. BIt's not a good area. Very dirty and street beggars everywhere. Pull out sofa cushions very dirty
