  : Clean, comfortable room and friendly hosts. A lovely cooked breakfast.
  : Unfortunately there was a succession of incidents. We were greeted with the wrong name, given the wrong key to the room, so couldn't lock it until the next day when we were given the correct key. There was a low door frame which we were not warned about and my husband cut his head. After we left we were phoned asking for the room key which we had left as instructed. Each issue was made light of. An apology and some genuine concern would have been welcome. We were also told cooked breakfast was not included in the price even though it was at the time of booking.

  : Location was ideal for us.Breakfast was fine cooked lovely,could improve on the sausage,service was just right,the property was situated in a very quiet area and with easy walking distance to the pub,with yet again very friendly staff,food was good too.

  : Location was good for our visit to The Old Vicarage Garden in Norfolk.
  : Disappointed that the breakfast offered in the price paid did not include a cooked course.

  : Spacious room, decorated in a modern style, lots of storage if required, hangers provided in the wardrobe, full length mirror as well as a vanity mirror, great wifi, toiletries and towels provided as well as a hairdryer and a fan for the summer. Kettle provided with a selection of tea, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits. En-suite was fit for purpose. Taxi and the local pub business card also provided. Plenty of plug sockets and by the bed too!
  : Mattress is in need of replacing and the parking is tight! Would be helpful for booking.com to share information in advance on how to check in and out and for the information about which entrance to use and where to go for breakfast (and if booking through this site only a light breakfast is included) to also be written down in the room for neurodivergent guests who take time to process lots of information to have as a reference point.
