  : I booked a room there for 10 nights, therefore the rate per night was fantastic. The location is convenient. Lobby looks decent. Rooms are warm and spacious.
  : WiFi is weak and they couldn't fix it. Staff mostly supporting and welcoming, but not each of them. There are no safe boxes at rooms. The bedding and other stuff looks cheap and worn out too much.

  : The rooms are big and the prices are low. Close to the metro station. Shops and restaurant are across the street.
  : I’m very disappointed in the service of this hotel. The service is bad. I asked ones at the desk, to help me with an order of food to my room, from outside. Because the Hotel restaurant is closed after breakfast and they said, well, try it online by yourself, call, but we don’t do that. Excuse me?? Im from Germany, I don’t have to skills to order it by myself and would be happy to get some help. At least that could offer me, to help me to order it with my phone.When I arrived, I got a big room, but it was so dirty, I felt disgusted about the white spots at the couch. Long black hair in my bed.So I asked for a change, “Marina” said to me very nicely that they apologise, but they can change only at the next day, because there are no other rooms left. She was the only employee who was very nice to me and help me with small other questions. For her I would give 5stars.At the next day, I was of and when I came back, there was another woman, which was talking to me like, who the f*** I am, to have an other room. All rooms are clean. I said, sorry, for me this is ridicules dirty. It’s a three star hotel, I mean. It has to be at least clean inside of the room!So they changed it and the new room was fine! But also with few long black hair in my bed.Now the best part! Breakfast!Don’t take a breakfast their!!!!I mean, I get that in Corona times, we don’t have a buffet, but if you sell me a breakfast, I have a voice to order what I would like to. There you don’t order, everyone gets the same plane with different stuff. On which may I have some allergies or I cannot eat all of it. Because I’m Vegan or what ever. So I asked to 4 eggs and two toast. Suddenly they tell me, We are sorry, but we you cannot have that. Each person can get only a specific amount. So the amount was one toast and two eggs and not two toast. I mean, what??? So I got a plate full of things which I don’t eat and don’t wanna eat and needed to throw it away.
