  : The apartment was new and very comfortable
  : We didn't find the lady who runs the place very friendly or helpful. We had to ask for shampoo that was not provided and when we asked if we could have fresh towels on day 3 we were told there was an extra fee for that which seemed strange as it said nothing about this in the booking. We agreed to pay for the additional towels but nothing was delivered. We also asked for additional toilet roll as we were running out and we were informed that this was also not included so we had to get a bus into Morzine to go buy some from the Spar. It was a lovely place and location but at the end it felt like a Ryan Air experience.
