  : Lady of the House demand pay advanced and only instruction was picture of the key box, which was hidden inside the lot. Walls around was logged and she told to wait that some resident comes from the gate to get in. When i try to call her for better instruction, she said i do not understand and hang up the call and we were in a empty courtyard.Sometimes later some other young girl comes to help us, and eventually we get the keys to apartment. Never again on this place!

  : Close to the center, next to the tram stop, garden space for the car
  : We were in July, the temperature was 35 degrees. There is no air conditioner. Only one fan, the other one did not work. You can't open the windows because mosquitoes fly in. We recommend that the owners put a screen in the windows so that they can keep the windows open.

  : The property met our expectation , the location is very close to the center, you have a tram that pass right in front of the property, but really the center is within the walking distance. fridge is very spacious for do grocery for the entire stay and cook at home.
  : The pillows are a bit hard they could have been better the ventilation in the bathroom the airco is not really helping in a very hot night.

  : Location great. Layout of apartment good for a family. Suited our needs perfectly. Easy to get to the city centre, great boulangerie next door.
  : On the last night of our stay the guests in the apartment next door were noisy unfortunetly.

  : I rented this apartment because my husband was in hospital in Montpellier and I needed a place to stay nearby with parking and a garden for my dog. The parking was useful and included in the price. The communal garden was good for the dog. And it is accurate that it is next to the tram stop.
  : Other than the parking and garden, the apartment was dreadful! Dingy, tired, gloomy, depressing and uncomfortable. There was no sofa to sit on - instead a metal single bed had been put in the sitting room where the sofa should be, and it was difficult to sit on and be comfortable. That bed and the main bed in the bedroom had the oldest duvet covers I've seen - worn, thin, gone grey with time, really sad. Nothing had been done to make the apartment attractive or welcoming. It seemed clean enough but there was a cockroach wandering along the ceiling (I have pictures!). The wifi didn't work when I arrived and there was no router in sight, but eventually the owner told me where it was (in a cupboard outside), and by rebooting it I got wifi, which then worked okay. But I was really relieved to get out of there after three nights. I stay through Booking.com all the time and generally leave positive reviews, but this place was dreadful!!

  : The apartment was warm and had pretty much all we needed for our stay, including a parking inside the building area. The flat was a bit small, but comfy and good enough for sleeping.
  : The host was nice when chatting with her, but sounded very hysterical when talking on the phone. We had some issues trying to go inside the building and the apartment because the instructions were a bit unclear, and talking to her didn't help much.
