  : The family room was too small, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Air conditioning was not enough. The gym facility was very poor, no weights available. Pay extra for parking.

  : The hotel is modern and extremely well located across from the train station. The staff is nice, but not always helpful.
  : The room I had was dark and extremely ill-conceived. While it was large and had a very nice bathroom, it was rather clunky and boasted the worst thing about France: a toilet that is in a separate room from the bathroom. There was no soap in the dispenser. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work; there was a Nespresso machine, but no pods to make coffee. Don’t even think about asking for milk or an artificial sweetener; there was none. When I asked for an iron and a board, it took nearly an hour for someone to deliver them. Then I left the room for about an hour and when I returned, someone had come in and brought a second iron and board! That was the oddest thing…. Frankly, at the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.
