  : The security deposit (Which can take over a week to get a refund), the building looks like old and nasty and the place gives you a feeling dangerous people might be staying at the motel. Not at all enjoyable but if you want to save some money while you are traveling to Chicago for example, there you have this

  : Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel experience ever.
  : Staff could hardly communicate in English. We booked two rooms and traveled in two groups and asked that the first group be allowed to check in prior to second group arrival. The hotel staff said no problem, but our first group had to wait in their vehicle until arrival of the second group. Then we saw the rooms--floors and bathrooms filthy, no coffee pot, no towels, fridge didn't work, microwave not even plugged in, furniture in room in disarray. When we asked for towels, etc., the staff person was very ungracious and failed to provide what was needed for a night (i.e., towels, coffee pot, bathtub cleaned). Checked out next morning because our travel plans changed and we had arrived at midnight the night before, no refund of the other three nights. So $650 spent on two disgusting rooms for one night with no services or amenities. Seriously disappointed. To say we will never ever again stay at an Oyo hotel is a gross understatement.

  : The staff was friendly except upon checking in 1 hr early, the clerk wanted us to pay $30 per rm for early check-in. When I refused, he lowered it to $10 per room. we waited the hour to avoid it. Hotel could be beautiful but it is still in disrepair.
  : Room was not super clean. I had to clean fixtures and windows myself. The laundry was not usable. No coffee in room and no breakfast at all. Stairs were dirty and littered with bottles/cans. paid a higher rate for one extra day.
