  : I recently stayed at this hotel and was unfortunately left quite disappointed by both the condition of my room and the level of customer service. From the outset, I faced persistent issues with my room key which needed to be reprogrammed four times. Each return to my room was met with frustration as the key consistently failed to work.The room door itself was another challenge; it was crooked and jammed at the top, making it extremely difficult to open. Despite reporting this problem to the hotel staff, their response was unhelpful and indifferent, with no steps taken to rectify the situation during my stay.Moreover, the service from the hotel staff was underwhelming. The front desk was often unmanned, and on the few occasions when staff were available, they were dismissive and did not offer any apologies or solutions to the ongoing issues.I had hoped for a pleasant and trouble-free experience, but the poor room conditions and lackluster service significantly marred my stay. It's crucial for the hotel to address these problems to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate a response from the hotel management on how they intend to resolve these issues.

Temperature of the breakfast was lukewarm, at best, pool was just ok,water leaking from ice maker, with no safety sign to inform people, can you say SAFETY HAZARD? cable channels were lackluster, I couldn't get wifi, phone was down,alarm clock didn't work, some breakfast items were almost expired, both entrances to pool,glass cracked all the way across,no hot tub, pool was small,pillows not too comfortable. BASIC ROOM Probably won't stay again. About the same price at a much better hotel. Would rather stay there.

  : We were frustrated that our rooms were charged to the booking credit card the morning of our check-in, but before we'd arrived. We hadn't seen any notice of that policy and planned on paying separately for our rooms, but were unable to do so. This made the process cumbersome and more confusing.

  : Room keys didn't work the majority of the time, I had to ask more times than I remember for new ones. It was very inconvenient. Breakfast was decent. No hot tub but the pool is heated.
