  : was nightmare,was racist against white people,woman at desk was awful,did not have coffee in rooms was told was out,would not give you wash rags was told didn't have any ,would not put soap or shampoo in room ,was dirty,nasty!.my son spilled sauce for chicken nuggets and being a child grab towel ,and wiped up,was told would have to pay for towel,i said you want me to wash it!outside dirty!cig butts and beer trash laying everywhere,did not clean up,roaches everywhere,was dead one over two inches laying at door dead for more than 2 days,phone in room did not work,poor cell service mexico tower service,very little ice hard to get one old ice machine that could not keep up ,for size of place,everything on booking site was false ,and made up reviews on place,no water pressure would just dribble,tubs and sinks would not drain properly,place fallin apart !décor was scrap out of salvage yard,poor food for breakfast,eggs not sure what it was,sausage was white,potatoes were vey old ,and unfit for human consumption,price was way to high ,at the rate could stay in nice motel was worse than 3rd world country,i want some one to call me from booking to talk to me!want my money back booking .com should not have this place on your sight,i cant believe booking .com would do this to your customers,was told by Spanish people their that woman at desk liked only Spanish people!did not like white people,this just goes on ,and on how terrible this place was!booking .com please call me or contact me on this matter,pictures was nice on your sight! was all false,only thing accurate was trees around place which looked nice in your pictures for shade,even down to water fountain was leaning ,and looked like ready to fall and kill someone. please call me ! just cant . say enough how bad this was call me booking .com ,and lets address this matter ,or sendyour phone number so I call you! nightmare from hell,was broke down and car in shop ,vaction ruined by these living conditions!

  : It’s quite and relaxing especially when you had a hard day from work.
  : The front desk people need more training in being social and recognizing people come to stay here to relax and not get any hassle just give them a room they requested especially when it was booked days in advanced.
