  : Nothing was prepared as we arrive. The operator tried to justify the dirty room by saying we were to arrive at 3 and not 245 . The dirty room was not going to take 15 minutes to clean up. Very disappointed in the lack of consideration and timing. I will not be staying here again. Hopefully they will attend to the property a lot better, for the sake of visitors.
