  : Host (Joel) is really nice and helpful, quiet residence.
  : Really overdesigned and a bit worn out already. No walking space then beds are pulled out. Really difficult to showed without water everywhere. Could not find shampoo. Air conditioner kind of worked (at least there was some noise) but did not blow any colder air. Curtains are a bit too transparent. Garden is really nice on the pictures but no real use of it in real life.

  : The location is the only good thing about this property.
  : The property is a small studio apartment, not at all suitable for more than 2 people. However, the host and booking.com are advertising it for 4 people as well. When you open the bed and the bunk beds there is no space to move around and it gets congested. The bathroom door does not lock and has not been repaired. The kitchen was also compact and the utensils were not washed properly before handing the keys to us. The central air conditioning was not effective and we had to use the emergency portable air conditioner which was not properly set up. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for our trip.

  : Beautiful little apartment with exquisit design in very good location. Choice of two different odor neutralizers to produce "fresh smells": "Vaniglia" and "Luscious cherry and peony"
  : One decisive thing: The beds were not clean. The bedsheets of the main bed were not washed. There were several spots of bright color, which the caretaker said were stains that could not be washed out (didn't look like that to us). There was also hair from previous guests. Under the sheets were more layers of sheets with different levels of stains, and the washable cover of the mattress itself looked disgusting. If there are any doubts about our claims, we can back them up with pictures. The most disappointing experience was the interaction with the owner, who did not believe our claims and accused us of lying. We respect her for defending her caretaker, but it became very clear that he lacked both the training and the equipment to do his job well. If what he claimed is true, that he washes all the laundry in the washer/dryer combination in the apartment (which is very good!), there is also simply not enough time to complete the procedure before the next guests arrive. With the refusal of the owner to accept facts, and her failure in leadership, I don't see a prospect for improvement.

  : The apartment was located in the heart of Milan, it was super easy to reach the main tourist attractions; cafes and restaurants were nearby.

  : Location is a 10 min walk from the Duomo. Joel the care taker for the apartment met us near the Duomo and helped carry our bags. He also gave us instructions on how to get to Linate airport by Metro 4.
  : There are 3 of us ,seniors .We came from Milano Centrale , not recommended if taking a public transportation. The place is hard to find and even harder with logging our bags. There are no restaurants in the area and the grocery store is still about 5 blocks from the apartment. The place is very small and too tight for 3 people. Maybe for 1 or 2 , and for over 400 Euro ,it's a bit high .But then again, everything is expensive in Milan. Anyway, this apartment is more appropriate for younger people and not for seniors like us even though we are all in good shape.

  : Location was wonderful. Easy to walk everywhere.
  : Linen provided was extremely worn and dated. Cups bowls etc were chipped and cracked. No information for tourists map etc left. Main bed was extremely noisy.
