  : Everything was really nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and available to help us with any issue. I would recommend this apartment if you’re looking for something cheaper but still comfortable.
  : The only downside of this apartment is really the localization that can be tricky at first, although you can easily get to the center of Milano by train.

  : The location was decent as you did not seem too far away from local shops, restaurants, a local pharmacy, and tram stops.Despite some of the issues, the staff were really friendly, and the management made effort to communicate the best they could. A little Italian on my part would have helped.The place was quiet, and peaceful which helped once AC issues were resolved.
  : We had some AC issues, and despite reporting this early on, it took 3 days for management to understand how bad it was to then have it fixed. Management upgraded us to slightly larger apartment, but we lost 3 nights of good sleep.The apartments cleanliness was just about average. Notable improvement could be made to deep cleaning the kitchenette, as it seemed the dishes/utensils were not super clean.The floors in the apartment were not deep cleaned, and this was evident when walking bare foot in the rooms.If you have a baby stroller/pram this place may not suit you. The lifts required climbing around 15 steps before access.
