  : First of all I would like to say the only good thing was the host met us on arrival.we had 4 of us staying at this place.Once we arrived we found out that the air conditioning wasnt working properly and we did try to contact the host but no reply.Also as we have been traveling for a while we needed to wash clothes, we tried to wash our clothes but found that the washing machine was not working and had moldy stinky clothes still in there for who knows how long.Also the toilet door doesnt close properly you have to use the key. We also were having a night at home and got take away pizza and wanted the left overs for the next day and tried to heat up our food but the microwave was not working! Also it is very loud in the rooms and the neighbors were screaming and dogs barking and the cars on the road and the trams were so loud.We realised that there is a restaurant behind the apartment and they would throw out rubbish in the early morning, this also resulted in us not being able to open the windows because it would smell like a rubbish tip.Also pretty disappointed that sofa bed was not made up and there were four of us staying. One more point is that is was very dusty! ALSO DOESNT LOOK LIKE PHOTOS, HOST NOT VERY RESPONSIVE

  : The way how to hand over the key, it was not so efficient

  : The apartments location and many food options nearby
  : Lack of response from the owners when attempts were made to contact on check in arrangements, until the very morning of check in the phone number was finally answered as previous messages were not responded. If you would like to contact, suggest to keep dialling the number. The air-conditioning took a while to set up and took some tries to get it sorted. The host did help us thankfully with phone calls on the air-conditioning issue.The bathroom door could not be locked and had to be fixed.There's no electric kettle for coffee or tea in the apartment.

  : It was close to cardona and convenient for airport
  : The apartment is in a convenient place to get to Central Milan but there were several issues I'd consider before booking to stay here. Firstly we had to wait for nearly an hour on arrival to get in. We eventually rang a number on the apartment door and the person with keys was inside but this had not been communicated.Secondly there was an issue with the aircon. It didn't work making the apartment very hot. The instructions were to turn off the power completely in the apartment to get it working but I had to do this about every half an hour to keep it working.Lastly the apartment is situated right in front of a tram line that runs throughout the night. My son and I struggled to sleep because every 10-20 mins a very loud tram went by.

  : Nice apartment from 8 minutes from Duomo
  : Communication with the host was very difficult. We didn't or later get answers to our questions. The windows of the apartment overlook a small street with a lot of traffic and frequent trams. Very very loud.
