  : breakfast was satisfactory. location is okay for me. room is not good at all, window is broken so cannot open it to get fresh air, shower is broken also and all furniture is old. Elevator is very poor and once I was stucked inside and no support, help given immdtly to me... I am obliged to change my back travel plan so asked the reception to prepare me a lunch box, they did not react, not delivered me anything, then asked to cancel my paid breakfast fee at which also not paid me back so not friendly approach, finally the HK personnel came to my room so early asking me to leave the room bcs I said them I am check-out earlier than usually advised initially, they did not respect my time of usage the room even I had the right to use it as already paid for that period...

  : Shower took ages to get hot in fact only got warm bar didn't open until 16.00 the room decor was old and tiered in fact there was some kind of water damage to the wall paper room 439

  : Check in was very slow and not very welcoming. The room was too hot and the aircon only made it hotter. The shower was almost useless and the corners of the shower were grubby. The underground garage was in a terrible state.
