  : At first I was a little worried of this accommodation because of some bad reviews. Yes, there was problem with our check-in. We picked arrival time between 15:00-16:00. They texted us at 16:20 so we were little anxious of waiting. If we knew that its self check in we wouldnt be waiting at the place. Also we met host for the payment later that day. The communication with host isnt the best but maybe this information will help other customers - You probably dont need to wait there. Thats the only bad thing about this apartment. Apartment itself is very modern, clean and has the best shower. Also we had a toilet paper, pillows for everyone and iron worked (yes I saw a lot of reviews haha). Sofa bed was good for one person but probably too hard on one side for another one. Location of this apartment is great. Overall we recommend this accommodation.

  : The property staff never replied me regardless the messages I left. I used all means for communication, like text message, email or via booking.com. I cannot got any reply until 2.30 pm in front of property. Before this time, I had no idea on how I got the key, whom I met, etc. It is very frustrating. I read the review from anther write before, that person alerted that there was no heating in her/his stay. She/he had to wear jackets at night. Therefore, when I was admitted, I asked property staff if there was heating. The property staff told me yes with confidence. He pushed panel on the wall. However, the heating did not come during my 2 days stay. I tried the split heat system as well in the bedroom and living. None worked. It was very cold to stay. I message the property staff. Same as before, no reply. Power point was an issue too. There was only one can work and charge your equipment. That was in the bathroom. The usb point on both sides of bed did not work. The power point in the hall way worked but the connection was loose.
