: Really great host, 5 min subway, 2 min to breakfast coffee shop, astonishing view, free parking in neighborhood and much more
: Got a feeling that “old” cigarette smell is present in the apartment. However it could be consider negligible (if you are not supper sensitive) in the light of positiveness you get within this apartment.

: Great location to see the sights. Ugo was full of enthusiasm for Milan and told us where to visit and eat. Apartment has all the amenities for a self sufficient stay.
: The bedding and towels are old so rough. Very noisy neighbour and thin walls in the bedroom - take earplugs.

: We were met at a pre-arranged time by Ugo, very nice and communicable guy, who told us a lot of useful things concerning the visit of Milan. He gave us some coffee for breakfast, which is also very cool! Thлere are many tiny things at kitchen. THE WI-FI IS VERY FAST! The view from terrace is fantastic!
: It was the AIR CONDITIONING that determined our choice of this apartement, since there were two of them in the photo on booking. BUT THEY DIDN'T WORK!!! They worked, but they didn't cool the room at all in the heat outdoors of +40!!! It was a torture to sleep at night! Moreover the linen, towels and decoration doesn't correspond with 9.5 by booking.com. Do not rent this apartment in summer!
