  : - communications: it was hard to get into the room by the agreed time; there was no breakfast (I believe I had to ask for it, but I was too shy) - the bed was not comfortable

  : No communication from the property regarding arrival and departure. We arrived during the stated check-in time and no one was on site. We rang the B&B's bell repeatedly and sent a message to the property through Booking, but no one answered. We left for a little while and came back, again ringing the bell repeatedly and sending another message to the property. We finally had to borrow a phone in order to make a call to the property. We were told we were supposed to call upon arrival, not ring the bell - but this was not in the listing, not communicated prior to arrival, and not posted at the gate. We were told to go to the second floor and were buzzed through the gate by phone. Upon arrival at the B&B's door on the second floor, we discovered we needed a code to open that door. I had to borrow a phone again to call back to get the code. We wasted a lot of time trying to get in which caused us to miss something we had tickets for. We also received no information about check-out (e.g., where to leave the keys).

  : nothing. worst experienced ever! never recommend this properrty. you will end up on the street even you paid ahead of time.
  : poor communication. worst exerience ever! having a chilld to check in , and the host never picked up the phone or even messaged me how to get in the property. this experience that you would never want to experience. nowhere to go even you paid it in advance. worst ever! the host knew that i have a child becauae on the booking it shows anyway. never ever recommemd this property. terrible host.
