  : Bed lost most of the back support, so it is like plunge bed..It was my first try on the hostel, 1 of the people was snoring like a steam engine. I'm not able to sleep at all.

  : Nothing likable about this place besides the fact that its within walking distance to Milano Centrale. The hotel is very hard to find and in a very sketchy place with dishonest owners.
  : The front desk tried to charge me 10 because I arrived later than the check in time of 8pm. The fee is not mentioned anywhere on their website nor the email I received, and when I asked him to show me the rule he couldnt and there was no manager I could talk to. My friend who arrived only slightly earlier was not charged, and later another guy arrived whom I asked about the fee and at which point the front desk guy became angry and asked me to step back and not interrupt him. It was obvious he didnt mention the fee to the other guy before I asked. I was charged probably because Im Chinese and they didnt expect me to speak fluent English. Beware this place is not a honest business and will try to charge you extra illegal fee. I recommend reading the google reviews theyre way more honest.

  : There was linen and the bathroom was clean.
  : The receptionist wanted to charge a late fee for arrival after 8pm, despite no information about a late fee online. He told me that I read what I wanted to read, but couldnt show me the information online, so I refused to pay it.It was also difficult to get a nights rest. The walls are very thin and its very noisy.

  : The entrance and building are dirty, the area smells of piss and vomit, everything is old and overused.

  : The room door doesnt have keys and dosnt close . At night a man entered the room even though it was a girl only room. The location is bad.
