Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 8 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 9 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Kibilù - Via Settala in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
A surcharge will apply for arrivals after check-in hours as follows:
EUR 20 for arrivals after 8pm and EUR 40 for arrivals after 11pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of EUR 15 will apply for early check-in (if available) before 3pm.

When booking, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
